The big question I get asked is can I inherit hearing
loss from my family? In other words, is hearing loss Genetic? The
short answer is YES. The National Institute of Health says that 1
out of every 1,000 babies inherits their parents hearing loss. But
not all is lost, the best thing to do is to try and catch the
hearing loss early. If you see any signs that your child
experiencing hearing loss please feel free to bring them in for a
hearing test and we can get to the bottom of the
situation.
